Adam Dick movie list

Originally from the Chicagoland area, Adam Dick has nearly fifteen years of experience in screenwriting and independent filmmaking. While living in Chicago, he produced a series of micro-budget projects before co-writing and producing the narrative feature NightLights, starring Shawna Waldron, which earned him, the cast and fellow filmmakers praise from publications such as the Los Angeles Times and LA Weekly; the film subsequently won a 2015 PRISM Award along with several festival accolades. Adam took his experience on NightLights and other projects to Los Angeles in 2012, where he continued to write and collaborate. This led to him ultimately developing his feature directorial debut with 2019's "Teacher," starring David Dastmalchian and Kevin Pollak. The film currently holds a 100% among critics on Rotten Tomatoes and was LA Weekly's critics pick of the week. Adam has also built an impressive list of screenwriting competition credentials, including two ScreenCraft finalist placements and two semi-finalist placements in the Austin Film Festival's screenwriting competition. Committed as always to supporting fellow artist's work, Adam is a Co-Executive Producer of the narrative feature "Raise Your Hand," which just premiere at the inaugural Social Justice Now Film Festival.
